An Early Start for the Day

the truth of the matter is my bracket was madeI woke up at 6:30 AM today to meet with the personal trainers Bondi instructors. Actually, I felt good getting up early instead of sleeping till 10 in the morning and then beating myself up later in the day for being lazy. My biggest obstacle is laziness and telling myself that I will do something later in the day. The truth of the matter is that I never do that and then end up often just wasting the day away. I love the training because it pushes me to do my best. It’s great seeing other people working out and trying hard to stop their old habits. I am happy to go early in the morning because I really feel good in the afternoon and find that I don’t even need to take a nap. My wife has noticed that my mood is better and I am more helpful around the home.

Hooked on TJ

I am hooked on TJ. My friend gave it to me before I went to a very long vacation. At first, I was hesitant to take it with me because I am not much of a fitness person. Anyway, the kit is portable so I brought it with me anyway. I am glad I did.

When I was a little kid I never really payed attention to proper eating habits. I was never the most popular kid in school and when I was younger I tended to get picked on for being weird.
