If your goal is to lose weight and get into better shape, there is one exercise that does it better than all of the others. That is running. Make sure you choose foods that are nutritious and low in calories so you are giving your body the best fuel for the run. Avoid anything fried and try not to eat too many processed foods. The more natural the better when it comes to healthy diets.
